绿色轻简超级稻遗传解析与分子育种创新团队

首席科学家:向勇

研究方向:

利用突变体、重测序水稻种质资源和构建的分离群体等遗传材料,定位和挖掘影响品质、产量、生物和非生物抗性及轻简栽培性状的有利基因并解析其分子机理;培育以主栽品种为背景的抗病、抗逆、宜直播等目标性状的导入系,建立聚合复杂性状有利基因的全基因组设计育种技术体系,培育绿色超级稻新品种。

研究成绩:

主持和承担国家863、948、转基因专项、国际(地区)合作项目、十三五重大专项、国家自然科学基金、深圳技术攻关和生物产业发展专项等计20余项,发表国内外学术论文221篇,SCI论文60余篇,获得国家发明专利13项,选育审定水稻品种13个(审定16余次),鉴定两系不育系2个、获得品种权4项,获黑龙江省、吉林省科技进步一等奖2项,浙江省科技进步三等奖3项。

Molecular design & genomic breeding of green super rice innovation team

Research Field:

Using genetic materials such as mutants、re-sequencing germplasms and genetic populations, clone and characterize genes contributing to crop yield and grain quality、biotic and abiotic stress tolerance、direct seeding traits in rice, and analyze molecular mechanisms. Establish molecular design breeding system and breed green super rice varieties by introgression elite alleles of the agronomic trait genes and pyramiding multiple complex agronomic traits.

Achievement:

Host more than 20 research projects and about 28 million RMB research funding from National 863 Project, 948 Project, Key Programs of “13th Five-Year plan”, National Natural Science Foundation of China and Shenzhen Municipality. Published 221 articles at domestic and overseas journals and 60 were indexed by SCI; authorized 13 Chinese patents, 13 rice varieties and 2 male sterile lines; acquired several prizes in Science and Technology Progresses, including one first prize of Heilongjiang province, one first prize of Jilin province and three third prizes of Zhejiang province.
