  首席科学家:

  黄三文

  黄三文,研究员,博士生导师,中国农业科学院农业基因组研究所所长,经济作物的全基因组设计育种团队首席科学家。曾获得国家重大人才项目资助,担任国家“973”项目首席科学家,被评为全国农业科研杰出人才、“百千万”人才工程“有突出贡献中青年专家”,先后获得周光召基金会基础科学奖、国家自然科学奖二等奖、何梁何利基金会科学与技术进步奖、大北农科技奖-基因工程奖,全国创新争先奖、深圳市市长奖、深圳经济特区建立40周年创新创业人物和先进模范人物。Nature, Cell, Science, Nature Genetics, Molecular Plant等国际期刊发表学术论文110余篇,累计引用10000余次。

  研究方向:

  团队主要研究二倍体马铃薯实生籽育种(优薯计划)、多组学分析指导的高品质番茄育种、黄瓜EMS饱和突变体库的构建。

 

  研究成绩:

Agricultural Genomics Technology Innovation Team

Chief Scientist

Sanwen Huangresearch Professor, Doctoral Advisor, Director General of Agricultural Genomics Institute at Shenzhen (AGIS), Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS), chief scientist of the whole-genome design breeding team of cash crops. He was funded by the National Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars, served as the chief scientist of the National "973" project, selected as the outstanding talent of the "10 Thousand Talents Program" and " Young Expert with Outstanding Contribution " in the multi-million talent project. He won the Zhou Guang Zhao Foundation Award (Basic Sciences),  National Natural Science Award of China (Second Prize), Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of the Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation DaBeiNong Science and Technology Award-Genetic Engineering Technology Award, The 2nd National Innovation Competition Award, Shenzhen Mayor Award, 40 Innovative and entrepreneurial advanced models in Shenzhen. He has more than 110 publications in international journals i.e. Nature, Cells, Science, Natural Genetics, Molecular Plants, etc., and has been cited more than 10,000 times.

Research Field

Our team mainly committed to using interdisciplinary technologies such as multi-omics and synthetic biology to open up the frontier of plant biology and promote the reform of crop breeding. The team mainly studied diploid potato seed breeding (Upotato project), high-quality tomato breeding guided by multi-omics analysis, and construction of EMS saturated mutant library of cucumber.

Achievements

Our team takes cash crops as the research object, is committed to apply big omics data to advance plant biology as well as to revolutionize crop breeding, completed a number of world-leading research, and promoted the cash crop breeding into the era of omics. We have published more than 110 SCI academic papers, cited more than 10,000 times, and these works have been highly evaluated by peer experts. Chief scientist, Sanwen Huang, was funded by the National Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars, served as the chief scientist of the National "973" project, selected as an outstanding talent of the "10 Thousand Talents Program" and won the Zhou Guang Zhao Foundation Award (Basic Sciences, 2016), National Natural Science Award of China (Second Prize, 2018), Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of the Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation (2018), DaBeiNong Science and Technology Award-Genetic Engineering Technology Award(2019), The 2nd National Innovation Competition Award(2020), Shenzhen Mayor Award(2020), 40 Innovative and entrepreneurial advanced models in Shenzhen(2020). The team members presided over the national key R & D projects, major projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Science Fund for outstanding youth projects, National Natural Science Fund projects, etc.
