  The Omics Technology Research Center

  人员组成 / Personnel Structure

  组学技术研究中心现有农科院创新团队2个、课题组4个,国家自然基金优青项目获得者1名,农业农村部“杰出青年农业科学家”1名,农科院“青年英才”入选者3名,深圳市国家级领军人才1名,深圳市海外高层次人才2名,固定人员27名,其中博士生导师4名,研究员3名,国际水稻所高级科学家1名,副研究员1名,博士后12名。

  The center consists of two innovation groups of CAAS and four labs. Among the 27 team members, one have received the Excellent Young Scientist Fund from NSFC, one have received the Outstanding Agricultural Young Talents of the ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs ,three have received the Elite Young Scientists of CAAS, one have received the National Leading Personnel in Shenzhen, and two have received the Overseas High-level Talents in Shenzhen. The team includes four doctoral advisors, three research professors, one Senior Scientist of IRRI,one associate professor, and twelve postdoc fellows.

  

  研究方向 / Research Areas

  • 组学算法工具研发:开展多组学算法研究工作,开发高效、友好、开源的组学分析工具;
  • 测序应用方法研发:研发新的测序应用技术,拓展测序研究对象,提高测序应用效能;
  • 数据存储分析利用:存储管理农业多组学数据,应用于农业基因组图谱的绘制、农业品种资源的调查、重要农艺性状基因的发掘、分子辅助育种等,广泛开展组学分析合作。
  • Research and Development of Omics Algorithm Tools: Research on Multi-Omics Algorithm, Development of Efficient, Friendly and Open Source Omics Analysis Tools;
  • Research and Development of sequencing application methods: Research and Development of new sequencing application technologies, Expanding the objects of sequencing, Improving the efficiency of sequencing application;
  • Data storage, analysis and utilization: Storage and Management of the Omics data from Agricultural Genomics; Applying data analysis to mappings of agricultural genomes, investigations of agricultural variety resources, discoveries of important agronomic traits, and molecular-assisted breeding; Extending Cooperations in Omics analysis.

  

  任务目标 / Objectives

  中心主要围绕组学技术发展中的关键方向与问题,开发完善基因组学、转录组学、代谢组学、宏基因组学、表型组学等多组学测序及分析技术体系。建设以农业生物组学数据为核心的大数据云计算平台。以组学技术为主要力量,解决农业、环境、食品与健康领域中的重大科学问题。

  The center focuses on key directions and issues in the development of Omics technology, Developing and Improving of Multi-Omics Sequencing and Analysis Technology System, which including Genomics, Transcriptome, Metabolomics, Metegenome, and Phenomics etc. Establishing a cloud computing big-data platform based on Agrobiomics data, and Solving major Omics problems that are related to agriculture, environment, food and health.
