个人简介:

阮珏,研究员,博士生导师。基因组所-生物信息学中心-农业基因组学技术研发与应用团队首席科学家,中国农业科学院“青年英才”,2018年国家自然科学基金委优秀青年科学基金获得者, 2016年荣获“中国专利优秀奖”。主要研究领域为高通量测序技术下的生物信息学算法研发,重点研究序列比对与序列组装。在Nature 、Nature Genetics、Nature Methods、Nature Communications、Bioinformatics、Genome Research、PNAS、BMC Genomics等国际顶级学术期刊上发表论文数十篇。

2000年9月-2004年7月,理学学士,南开大学生物系

所获荣誉:

1.以第二作者发表在Genome Research (2008)期刊的方法学论文入选中国科学技术信息研究所2016年发布的“中国科技论文统计结果”中的“2006-2016 年我国高被引论文中被引次数最高的 10 篇论文”.

2.以第二发明人申请的发明专利(ZL200810218338.9)获得2016年“第十八届中国专利优秀奖”。
