  孟丽君副研究员主要从事多亲本高世代互交系(MAGIC)群体的遗传多样性、群体结构、产量相关性状、抗逆性的一系列遗传研究。开展对MAGIC群体和3K水稻资源的耐镉性和镉低积累遗传研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项,深圳市科技创新委员会自由探索项目1项,中国博士后科学基金第59批面上一等资助1项,深圳市大鹏新区产业发展专项资金1项。累计发表文章20篇,其中SCI 9篇(第一作者/通讯作者6篇)。申请专利9项。2018年入选“深圳市高层次人才后备级人才”,2019年入选“深圳市大鹏新区鹏程菁英人才”。
