  张雨长期从事植物与微生物互作的多组学演化研究。建立了禾本科抗病基因共线性图谱,提出了植物抗病基因与小RNA共进化模型,阐述了利用大规模表观组学数据驱动植物生物学问题解析的研究方法。目前进行结瘤植物与固氮菌的共生互作组学研究。2018入选深圳市后备人才。主持国家自然科学基金委面上项目、青年项目、广东省科技创新战略专项资金面上项目等;发表SCI论文14篇,其中第一作者4篇。在亚洲演化生物学大会、PAG亚洲分会等学术会议大会报告多次。
