 简历介绍:


萧玉涛,研究员,博士生导师,广东省珠江人才,中国农科院“领军人才”,深圳市高层次人才。


现担任中国农业科学院农业基因组研究所“农业昆虫基因组学”创新团队首席科学家,长期从事农业昆虫与害虫防治研究工作,围绕草地贪夜蛾、棉铃虫等重要农业害虫,综合运用多组学手段和基因编辑等分子生物学技术,在农业害虫适应性进化机制研究方面取得了一系列重要成果。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年基金和面上项目、转基因新品种培育重大专项子课题、科技创新2030重大项目课题、深圳市科创委基础研究重点项目等16项;以通讯作者在The Innovation、PNAS、Molecular Biology and Evolution、Molecular Ecology Resources、Molecular Ecology、BMC biology、IBMB、PMS等期刊发表多篇SCI论文,中文文章8篇;授权国家发明专利6项;参加国际学术会议并作报告7次。

研究方向:

农业害虫适应性进化是其暴发成灾的根本原因。课题组以农业领域重要本土和入侵性害虫棉铃虫、草地贪夜蛾、小地老虎等为研究对象,综合运用群体基因组学、关联分析、基因编辑、细胞生物学、生物测定等方法,解析害虫的环境适应性进化机制(抗药性、Bt抗性、耐寒性等),鉴定致害性新基因或位点,挖掘害虫防控新靶标,应用于害虫绿色防控新技术和新措施研发。


研究进展:

1)重大农业害虫基因组图谱绘制:结合PacBio、Nanopore、Hi-C等技术完成草地贪夜蛾等害虫的高质量基因组图谱,揭示了入侵我国的草地贪夜蛾以“玉米型”遗传背景为主导并明确其群体抗药性特征。相关研究成果发表在MER、BMC biology等期刊。

2)害虫农药及Bt抗性分子机制:首次阐释害虫通过Cad、ABCC2、ABCC3、ABCB6等基因多种类型变异介导的抗药性机理,成功解析害虫对Bt、农药、棉酚等杀虫物质产生抗性和交互抗性的新机制。相关研究成果发表在Ecology letters、 eLife、Plos pathogens、AEM、IBMB、PMS等昆虫学TOP期刊。

3)重大农业害虫适应性进化机制:综合运用基因组学、种群遗传学等技术,揭示重大农业害虫棉铃虫和亚州玉米螟环境适应性进化机制,相关研究成果发表在The Innovation、Molecular Biology and Evolution等期刊。
